NCC Compliance
Draflow prepares construction drawings using standard notation and detailing practices generally aligned with the National Construction Code (NCC) and typical industry conventions. These drawings incorporate commonly adopted NCC-referenced elements as part of standard documentation workflows.
However, Draflow does not certify that the drawings fully satisfy all NCC requirements specific to a particular project, design solution, or planning proposal. Project-specific compliance— including performance requirements, site conditions, planning controls, and any applicable state or local variations—remains the responsibility of the client and their appointed consultants (e.g. architect, building designer, certifier, or engineer).
Clients must ensure that all documentation is reviewed, coordinated, and verified for full NCC compliance prior to submission for approval and construction. Draflow accepts no liability for omissions or non-compliance arising from project-specific regulatory requirements not explicitly directed or coordinated within the project brief.
